We strive to provide the highest quality water for our customers by meeting or exceeding all regulatory requirements as economically possible.

Billing Cycle Explained
"Bill Due Date" -- The date when the bill is mailed. The bill is due upon receipt.
"Latest Pay Date" -- The last date, which is the 20th day following the date the bill is mailed.
"Delinquent Bill" -- Any bill that has not been paid within twenty (20) days of the bill due date. This date is printed on the bill.
"Delayed Payment Penalty" -- Any current bill not paid by the latest pay date will incur a 10% penalty, which will be added to the net current unpaid balance. This penalty is not interest and will be collected one time per late bill.
